The hotel had charmingly decorated rooms with knotty pine walls and a hand-painted bed featuring a fishing scene, but we were able to hear every footstep from the room above. It felt more like a home than a typical motel room. The service was excellent, very helpful, and friendly, surpassing even the stunning view of the rock from my balcony with a cup of coffee in hand. The location was ideal, right on the water and close to the main street, offering the perfect view of Perce Rock. Though some upgrades are warranted, it's excellent for being at the edge of town. The dining experience was pleasant and well-priced, served in a warm dining room with a spectacular view of Perce Rock. However, it was only available at an additional cost. The facilities were limited, but sufficient for a cozy stay.

The hotel offers a cozy stay with a lovely waterfront view. While the noise from upstairs can be noticeable, the overall experience is pleasant with kind and helpful staff. The location is serene, overlooking Perce rocks, but slightly on the edge of town. Dining is delightful with a well-priced menu and a beautiful dining room view.

I could hear every footstep from the room above, but it wasn't too disruptive. The room wasn't cleaned until later in the day, but being situated on the ground floor allowed for a nice water view.
